Hillary Reckenwald, a pharmacist at Moffitt’s McKinley Infusion department talked to students about a career in pharmacy and cancer. She also discussed the dangers of tobacco and had all the kids sign pledge cards to live tobacco-free lives!

Year after year, the Great American Teach-In mobilizes members of the community to head into the classroom to showcase their work and inspire future generations to explore the limitless opportunities that await them after graduation.

This year, many of our own Moffitt team members took advantage of the opportunity to share their expertise and open young minds to the possibilities of stimulating and rewarding careers in health care.
